who until today is the sole owner of the company, founded Delegata
Consulting in 2001. The company specialises in consulting concerning integrated
marketing, PR and distribution services for TV theme channels operating in the
Polish market.
The expertise in
marketing and PR and distribution of thematic channels is based on the owner’s
long-term (14 years) experience in the field. The owner had worked for Canal+/Cyfra+ as Sales Director responsible for sales & marketing
who initiated and developed contacts with cable operators. She also had
participated in the launch of new theme channels for children (Minimax/Zig Zap, Ale Kino)
Our mission is to provide
professional consultation services in media sector. We want to participate
actively in creation of our clients` communication strategy and to be strategic
partner of our clients. The purpose of our activities is to develop strong
brands. In order to achieve this we subordinate sales, marketing and PR tools.
Our strong side is know-how and flexibility. The owner who has in-depth expertise in the market
manages the agency. She is able to work using her experience from a number of
different fields and she is not afraid to work with a small budget. She feels
her “forte” are both sales and marketing. Delegata employs young professionals
who are very creative and at client’s disposal when necessary.
Our concept is to
be a consultant for our client not a standard
advertising agency. We believe in traditional promotion tools but always strive
to introduce some value-added e.g. barter-based cross-promotion.
We also believe
that market understanding is the key to success which also includes
monitoring development of technology and competition.
